WERE BACK! At last years IHS symposium ATKINSON BRASS had a tremendous
showing. This year we display again with more Geyer & Erfurt Kruspe style
Horns
In Macomb, IL. next month.
Atkinson Geyer is the only Geyer Horn made from original Geyer valves. Yes,
that´s right! The same valves Geyer used! This being said we do not stop
there. The crooks and branches are polished outside as well as inside the
tube in an effort to give you a smoother air flow and better response. The
Geyer AG2000 comes in three bell sizes ( Traditional Geyer, European or
Extra Large size) This and so much more await you with the Atkinson-Geyer.
Looking for a quality Kruspe model ? Atkinson Erfurt Kruspe line will give
you a warm sonorous sound with strong lows ,middle register and an
INCREDIBLE high register. Add to that great intonation and a great Horn
will be in front of you. Don´t just take our word or anyones, simply come
in to test play and compare the ATKINSON at this years IHS.

This year the Atkinson factory had a visit from the Santa Barbara horn
studio from UCSB. Steve Durnim ( Prominent LA Hornist) gratiously filled
in for professor Steven Gross. Everyone had a pleasant and informative
time. Valve making and tube bending as well as other manufacturing
processes were featured.
