In the month of May -
Atkinson displayed the Geyer and Erfurt Doubles at the Southwest Horn Convention hosted by San Diego Symphony Hornist Doug Hall. We met many
old friends and created many new ones and a great time was had by all with a fabulous visiting artist lineup. What a wonderful
way to receive feedback directly from the Hornist. This also gave us an opportunity to demonstrate our
hornsmithing and repairing skills. Here is a picture of Ben Jaber and Doug Hall visiting our factory in Burbank, Ca. shortly after
the convention. In the background are stacked valve sections to be completed into Horns.
In July -
Atkinson will be displaying at the
annual IHS 42nd symposium in Brisbane, Australia. This venue also gives us an opportunity to meet foreign Hornist from all over the world. Please visit
the display and give us your feedback on Geyer and Erfurt models. All of these conventions make us feel good about what we can do for the Horn player & Music Industry.

Atkinson Valve Sections:
For Horn makers or repairmen.
Available on Geyer and Kruspe style Horns.
This includes clustering of the valve section with levers as well as
mounting the outer slides with slide crooks. These valve sections
are equal to any German valves, but with better pricing and
faster delivery. Individual parts may also be purchased.
