Another year rolls off the calender and we at Atkinson would like to wish all of our friends and customers a very happy new year!! 2010 presented a hectic year that although challenging turned out to be one of our best years thanks to you. More Hornist have visited our factory from around the world to get Atkinson Horns. Next year the turn around time for delivery of Geyer and Erfurt models will be just 2 months. Also we will introduce our new Kruspe model Horn at certain Horn Venues. Below in picture one is continuing Horn production. In picture two we are dining out with visitors Joe Ognibene-Iceland Sym. and Darryl Poulson-Sydney Australia. Atkinson continues to offer six different tapers of mouthpipes in three different alloys. Each mouthpipe can be custom bent to fit your particular Horn. Many horns have unique acoustic problems that can be improved with a proper mouthpipe. The A series mouthpipes produce a dark beautiful sound and is very effective with the Elkhart Conn 8-D horns in producing a richer stronger overtone series.
